Bringing a Dream to life:

Co-Founders and chefs of Copper Kettle Catering, Monica Bergstrom and Lauren Kasel met in 2014 and instantly knew they'd be lifelong friends. Working together day-to-day in a fast-paced kitchen taught them a lot, including how to work together in the most efficient way possible, all while producing beautiful culinary creations, unique for each client.

Lauren having traveled the world and eating her way through Europe was the best experience that life could throw at her. While traveling she obtained her Bachelors in Dietetics and Masters in Human Nutrition. She is a culinary wizard when it comes to substitutions for a healthier lifestyle. 

Monica started working in restaurants from the rip old age of 15. Being thrown onto the the line at a fast paced diner at 16 really put her culinary career in 5th gear! Over the next 10 years she managed various restaurants and made her way into the catering scene where she met Lauren and they instantly knew....we have a powerhouse combination! 

They soon realized that they needed to one day create and run their own catering January 1st, 2016 they both quit their jobs and went full force into their own catering world!
